DeARX is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a hybrid contract basis. As a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, DeARX works with clients across various industries to help them achieve their business goals. We are looking for a Business Analyst who has at least 7 years of experience in the role and a proven track record of success in complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and drive decision-making.
5. Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
7. Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to project stakeholders.
8. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the business analysis team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Previous Financial Services/Banking experience required.
4. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
5. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
9. Knowledge of the hybrid work model and its impact on business processes is a plus.
10. Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Advanced FTI) essential.
