We are a leading software house specialising in bespoke SaaS applications, serving a diverse range of industries including consumer electronics, insurance, and facilities management. With continuous growth in our client base and ongoing enhancements across our systems, we're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be essential in supporting and managing various software projects for our key clients.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, manage the client relationship, and help design effective solutions. Your role will be integral in capturing requirements, developing solution designs, and working with our technical team to deliver impactful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and understand clients' problems to inform solution requirements.
2. Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Document current processes, requirements, and assist in defining the desired future state.
4. Support the Solution Architect in designing effective solutions.
5. Produce detailed documentation, including designs, impact assessments, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business or software analysis with a proven track record in delivering business solutions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in conducting workshops and interviews to capture requirements.
3. Solution Design: Ability to clearly articulate solutions aligned with business needs.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
5. Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
6. Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Technical Knowledge:

1. Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
2. Proficiency in MySQL and knowledge of relational data structures.
3. Familiarity with low code/codeless platforms.
4. Experience with change control tools.
5. Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP is advantageous, but not essential.

Benefits

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: R50 000 - R55 000

UK Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm
