Key Responsibilities

1. Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
3. Create functional and technical documentation for project teams.
4. Support the Digital Transformation team in delivering technology-driven business solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis).
3. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
5. Experience working with business process modelling, system design, and workflow analysis tools.
6. Membership in a recognized professional body such as IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
