Job Description / Responsibilities:
Understanding the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Serve as a “translator” between business, IT, and the Vendor.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document requirements for the project.
Create clear and detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development/implementation efforts.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success and support the Project manager to develop mitigation strategies to resolve them.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Background And Experience Required:
Financial Services Banking Industry experience.
Security/Access Control System experience would be advantageous.
3-5 years of project experience – Intermediate Business Analyst.
Agile/Waterfall experience.
Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills):
Requirement Analysis.
Documenting Requirements.
Process Modelling – Create Process Models/Maps.
Data Analysis.
Solution Assessment.
Facilitation of workshops or discussions, Testing.
