Business Analyst

Our client, a boutique management consultancy, is growing the team and looking to hire a Business Analyst (experience in Tier 1 / Tier 2 consultancy background).

About the consultancy: We work side by side with clients tackling big, complex challenges—often where the path forward isn't obvious.

What You'll Do: As a Business Analyst, you'll own and drive a key workstream on a client project. You will break down tough problems, uncover what's really going on, and help our clients make smart decisions—fast.

You'll combine research, interviews, and data analysis to deliver practical, high-impact solutions across industries, from global enterprises to ambitious startups.

You won't just advise—you'll build. That means working directly with client teams, developing strategies, and setting them up to execute even after we're gone.

What You Bring: Postgraduate degree and up to 4 years of experience. Sharp problem-solving and structured thinking. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments. Excellence with data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and working on tight timelines. Willingness to travel and work flexibly based on client needs.
