Key Responsibilities

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in operational procedures.
Data Analysis: Utilize data insights to drive operational improvements and enhance productivity.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
Technology Implementation: Leverage technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on trends, best practices, and innovations in business administration.
Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing efforts to support company initiatives.
Company Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Stay up-to-date with relevant compliance standards and manage compliance-related documentation.
Assist with event planning and office administration as needed.
Qualifications
A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven operational and financial management skills.
Strong experience in event planning and office administration.
Strong document drafting and preparation skills.
Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance and industry best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
