Business Administration Graduate (Montague Gardens, Cape Town)

This graduate program is ideal for individuals looking to explore various functions within an office and business environment while contributing to the effectiveness of our day-to-day operations. Duties include but are not limited to Frontline / Reception Duties, assisting with day-to-day administrative task completion, record maintenance, time-keeping, inventory control, and supporting office team members - gaining valuable workplace experience in line with his/her Business Admin Degree / Diploma. This is a Cape Town-based position and candidates must reside in Cape Town.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Receptionist and Switchboard Duties
  2. Managing Deliveries
  3. Timesheet Management
  4. Resource Management
  5. Providing financial admin and support
  6. Internal Customer Service

Required Qualifications / Certificates

  1. Matric / Grade 12
  2. Degree / Diploma in Business Administration (Compulsory)
  3. Driver's License

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviour

  1. Previous frontline / reception duties beneficial but not compulsory
  2. Sound organising, typing, and administration skills
  3. Sober habits

Compulsory Criteria

  1. Must reside in Cape Town
  2. Be available immediately
  3. Meet minimum requirements indicated above
