ROLE PURPOSE: To define, evolve and execute the Managed Services solution portfolio to deliver value for our customers and revenue and profits for the business.
Will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the Managed Services solution area, across verticals throughout Nexio.
Will define the overall execution of strategy and definition of the action plan to achieve the overall targets.
Will drive continuous improvement in the performance of the Managed Services portfolio, relative to budget, with a specific focus on growing external revenue streams.
Primarily involved in the development, evolution and approval of the long-term vision across a function.
Senior level within a major function for a GTM. Informs functional strategy and significantly influences GTM strategy. Direct impact on business performance. Provides leadership to managers and/or professional staff. Provides technical guidance to employees. Strong technical knowledge and background in terms of the services within the Managed Services portfolio. Substantial industry experience to strongly understand the competitive landscape and changing market forces. Strong business acumen in terms of understanding ROI and investment protection.
Leadership and people management experience.
Commercial degree or equivalent qualification would be essential. 8-10 years experience in the ICT, Telco or ISP related services industry. 5 years management experience.
