Broker And Broker Support Data Analyst

As the Broker and Broker Support Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team working alongside the Operational Management Team to drive data-driven decision making and excellence in execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers in the following areas:
2. Surveying
3. Broker
4. Broker Support
5. Build and maintain management reports, dashboards, as well as internal data-driven automations.
6. Build, maintain and improve predictive models to support business objectives.
7. Clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
• The following will be beneficial:
• Experience working in the actuarial/analytics field.
• MS Office including Advanced MS Excel.
• Microsoft SQL Server.
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
