The cornerstones of our business are Projects, Professional Services, and In-house Products. We are a turnkey bulk materials handling project specialist. We develop projects for our clients from concept stage through to commissioning, and beyond to operation and maintenance. Our in-house skills include all engineering disciplines and project resources. The Role

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee personal LinkedIn accounts of key team members to align with the company’s brand.
  • Gather, edit, and create information to be published which attracts readers and targets audience interest, encouraging individuals to send enquiries of related products published.
  • Regular and timely publishing of Rula activities to boost Rula’s image as a dynamic entity.
  • Identify potential client decision-makers and promote Rula’s products and services offered as a superior service to other providers.
  • Identify and explore various tender opportunities, sharing relevant industry tender information and key contact persons of tenders.
  • Content Creation:
  • Engage with development engineers and project managers on developments in technology, products, and projects.
  • Gather information and create a platform or tool where marketing material can be stored and worked on to increase the quality of info which needs to be published.
  • Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, branded items) for various company events.
  • Write compelling content for the company’s website, social media posts, email campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Create a system to ignore and illuminate irrelevant enquiries and respond timely to relevant enquiries.
  • Website Management:
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
  • Advise and execute on website design and development improvements.
  • Brand Management:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a brand refresh strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Design and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Internal Communications:
  • Create design templates and materials for internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and event communications.
  • Create a tool to ensure the latest technological and innovative information including projects and their statuses, within the industry is gathered and regularly shared internally.
  • Event & Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for industry events and other key initiatives.
  • Manage the production of branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
  • Technical & Strategic Input:
  • Provide recommendations on necessary software, tools, and equipment for efficient marketing operations.
  • Set up the marketing department, including structuring processes, choosing platforms, and developing marketing strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website management (e.g., WordPress, SEO tools).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills for both digital and print formats.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Experience with brand management and refreshes.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
