We are looking for someone that is keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You will need to ensure that excellent customer relations are a priority. You will need to maintain those relationships and ensure that the agreed standards in respect to SLA and updating info the database is maintained.

You should consider applying if you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and problem solving on the spot. You’ll be required to work overtime, weekends and standby from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role.
  2. A+ and N+ certification is a minimum requirement; however, relevant experience will also be considered.

You will be exposed to a wide variety of hardware and software with plenty of growth opportunities within the company - a growth mindset is key and will be rewarded.
