LOCATION: Northern Cape: ZF Mgcawu Branch - Upington

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and cooperatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1. Manage Branch Operations
2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering
2. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. 6-8 years working experience, of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
4. Operations Management Experience
5. Strategic thinking
6. Financial and business acumen
7. Leadership skills
8. Planning and organizing
9. Communication (written and verbal)
10. Good interpersonal skills
11. Change management
12. Team player
13. Analytical skills
