JOB TITLE: Branch Manager

DURATION: Fourteen (14) Months Fixed Term Contract

JOB GRADE: D2 Minimum Midpoint

TOTAL CTC: R742 993 - R874 110

NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Manage Branch Operations
  2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
  3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
  4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
  5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations
  2. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

  1. 6-8 years working experience, of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
  2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
  3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
  4. Operations Management Experience
