JOB PROFILE

Contract Duration: 12 Months

JOB TITLE: Branch Manager – Durban Branch

JOB GRADE: D2 Minimum Midpoint

SALARY: R 700 491 - R 824 107

LOCATION: Durban Branch

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Manage Branch Operations
  2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
  3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
  4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
  5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  1. Matric plus 3-year tertiary qualification in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering or any other suitable 3-year qualification
  2. Postgraduate degree will be an added advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

  1. 6-8 years working experience, of which 3-5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
  2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
  3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
  4. Operations Management Experience
