Branch Manager Opportunity in Polokwane

International Slab Sales (Pty) Ltd, a supplier of engineered quartz, porcelain, granite, and marble, is looking for a branch manager for its Polokwane branch.

Duties include:

1. Overseeing daily operations of the branch
2. Sales and customer service
3. Business development
4. Client liaison
5. Customer credit control
6. Money collection and banking
7. Stock control
8. Preparing annual budgets
9. Hiring and managing staff, including handling discipline
10. Implementing and managing the company’s safety policies
11. Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles

Job Specifications and Information:

1. A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory
2. A qualification in marketing or sales, public relations, or business management is required
3. Fluency in English and Afrikaans (knowledge of a vernacular language is advantageous)
4. At least three years of industry experience in a management role
5. Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of Navision is advantageous)
6. Strong time management and communication skills
7. Professional, organised, self-motivated, and independent with the ability to manage administrative tasks and people effectively
8. Must reside within Polokwane
