Branch Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operation and administration of the branch;
2. Manage and drive the branch sales and performance;
3. Handle Online Clients, Walk In Clients, and Call In Clients;
4. Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints;
5. Oversee store inventory, ordering and receiving products, monitoring product quality, and adjusting inventory to meet customer needs;
6. Monitor store financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets;
7. Supervise the branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling together with Senior Management.

Minimum requirements:

1. Grade 12 (matric);
2. Valid driver’s license;
3. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Branch Manager in the retail industry;
4. A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

Package and remuneration:

1. Starting Basic of R15,000 depending on experience;
2. Bonus for reaching Branch and Company Targets.
