A luxury fashion boutique in Kyalami is looking for a hands-on Boutique Manager to lead the team and ensure a high-end shopping experience for customers. The store imports and sells exclusive designer brands, so we are looking for someone with a strong passion for fashion, great customer service, and retail management experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail (luxury brand experience is a plus!).
2. Strong leadership skills and a passion for high-end fashion.
3. Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
4. Confidence in managing stock, reports, and store operations.
5. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Managing the store – ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Leading the team – training, motivating, and guiding staff.
3. Customer service – make sure every client has a luxury shopping experience.
4. Stock control – overseeing inventory, tracking high-end fashion items, and minimizing losses.
5. Merchandising – keeping displays fresh, appealing, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
6. Sales and targets – meet and exceed sales goals.
7. Administration – handling cash-ups, reporting, and general store paperwork.
