Job Position: Bookkeeper

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R18000 to R25000 per month CTC commensurate with qualification and experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4.45 PM

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Matric
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans/English)
• Pastel and Excel experience essential
• VIP experience highly advantageous
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Position would suit a mature individual, with good work ethics and integrity
• Minimum of 10 years proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in an accounting firm
• Well presented and spoken with good communication skills
• Experience with:
• Books on Pastel, to trial balance level
• Salaries, utilizing VIP
• Spreadsheets, utilizing Excel
• Reconciling of accounts
• Online banking
• Submitting statutory returns i.e Workmen’s Compensation, VAT, UIF etc
