Bookkeeper

Lexdan Select is assisting a client in Hospitality sector with their search for a Bookkeeper, based in Constantia.

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or related
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with clients for payments, and managing accounts receivable.
• Processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable.
• Accurately recording all financial transactions.
• Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts.
• Organizing and categorizing financial transactions into appropriate accounts.
