Bond Registration Paralegal Benoni 3 month FTC

Experienced Bond Registration Paralegal with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in registering bonds for Absa Bank, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and First National Bank is required by a legal firm.

Immediate start 3 month contract with possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.

Minimum requirements:

• Highly proficient in legal systems Legal Suite, E4, Gateway, Stordoc.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience with the 4 major SA banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling bond registrations for multiple banks efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with bank and legal requirements.
• Managing all bond-related documentation and processes.
• Liaising with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions.
• Maintaining accurate records and timelines.
