Bodyshop Service Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Service Advisor at a well-established dealership located in Pretoria. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Welcoming customers to a warm environment and giving customers peace of mind by explaining work to be carried out and correct repair processes.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments.
• Following up with Bodyshop and providing accurate feedback to customers daily.
• Maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Responding to all customer inquiries.
• Answer phones courteously and on time.
• Complete paperwork on time.
• Update daily report sheets.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Inform customers immediately about delays/problems or additional work.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• Drivers license
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in a Bodyshop will be advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
