This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Service Advisor at a well-established dealership located in Pretoria. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Welcoming customers to a warm environment and giving customers peace of mind by explaining work to be carried out and correct repair processes.
Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Assisting with scheduling appointments.
Following up with Bodyshop and providing accurate feedback to customers daily.
Maintaining accurate records and databases.
Responding to all customer inquiries.
Answer phones courteously and on time.
Complete paperwork on time.
Update daily report sheets.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Inform customers immediately about delays/problems or additional work.
Qualifications
Matric certificate
Drivers license
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience in a Bodyshop will be advantageous
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner
