BNB assistant
Job description
Candidate will be responsible for administrative related enquiries as well as assist with the
running, advertising and marketing of the BnB.
Duties:
- Advertising and marketing of the BnB.
- Assist in booking in guests (all hours).
- Assist in cleaning the BnB and making beds.
- Assist in making breakfast for the guests.
- Assist with advertising and social media posts.
- Generally anything as required for admin and company processes.
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
- Assisting in booking company travel.
- Assisting in arranging company functions.
- Assisting in arranging purchase of promotional & company attire.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Pastel and junior accounting experience.
- 3-5 years working experience in the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of the filing system both electronic and physical.
- Marketing experience.
