Billing Clerk

Purpose of the position: The overall purpose is to ensure that accurate, timely invoices are raised in SAP.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Matric Certificate
2. Minimum 3 years of billing experience essential
3. SAP Billing experience essential
4. Computer Literate – Excel essential

5. Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
6. Excellent telephone skills.
7. Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.

Job Function:

1. Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly.
2. Proactive identification of simplification/automation opportunities.
3. Process credit memos.
4. Participate in various ad-hoc projects where necessary.
5. Preparation of Billing reports.
