As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled bid writer to join our team and support our expansion by securing new business opportunities through successful tender submissions.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced bid writer with a minimum of 12 months of experience in bid writing and tender submissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting high-quality tenders that reflect our values and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Access and navigate tender portals such as Pro-Contract and Proactis to identify and manage bidding opportunities.
• Prepare compelling responses to quality questions, ensuring submissions align with the requirements of each opportunity.
• Collate and submit company information, policies, and supporting documentation for bids.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure all bid submissions meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain a structured approach to bid management, ensuring all deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of bid writing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing successful tender submissions.
• Strong knowledge of tender portals such as Pro-Contract and Proactis.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and well-structured responses.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the bid process.
