BI Developer

Our client is looking for a skilled BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. As a BI Developer, you will be collaborating with other developers (sometimes on your own, sometimes in a team), to help deliver solutions. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining the required data processes and structure to enable operations, creating customised branded look and feel for end user extraction, and ensuring consistent quality delivery of business solutions.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the automation of reports and pulling information from the Hollard Health system, ensuring that the correct data is pulling through various online platforms.
• Own the data integration for all aspects of the business and partners.
• Use Power BI or similar analytics tools to view information for business decision making.
• Understand business processes, e.g., member changes etc.
• Provide services as an expert in the business processes.
• Assist the business analysts in mapping and documenting processes.
• Post-development testing, implementations, and the tracking thereof.
• Ensure that coding is rolled out as accurately and efficiently as possible.
• CI/CD... Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

• 5 years relevant business operations experience.
• Exposure to various programming languages (.Net C#, MVC, Forms) and patterns (MVC, n-Tier, etc.) will be an advantage but not necessary.

• BCom degree or BA in Finance.
