BI Data Analyst

To manage a team of technical subject matter experts and team leaders in support of stated objectives. To deliver frontline team results through enabling others.

1. Achieve client satisfaction objectives in support of strengthened business IT collaboration.
2. Build sound professional relationships by understanding and consistently meeting client needs in support of improved delivery capabilities.
3. Build strong relationships with team, manager, and peers.
4. Deliver results in support of increased delivery capacity.
5. Ensure proper financing of the function.
6. Manage and control budget for cost centre.
7. Provide a flexible, low-cost IT operating platform.
8. Circumvent penalties imposed by third party agencies.
9. Ensure self and team improve efficiency and productivity month on month in line with departmental strategic plans.
10. Ensure transformational targets are met.
11. Contribute to team effectiveness by participating in the recruitment and selection of senior staff.
12. Participate in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI.
13. Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.

26. Manage the onboarding process of new employees.

• 8 years IT Operations Experience and 5-7 years Job relevant experience
• 5 years Business Analysis Experience
• 5 years+ RRB, Consumer and Commercial banking Analysis Experience
• 5 years Data Analysis Experience
• 5 years PowerBI Experience
• 2 years Jira Experience
• 5 years+ Data Analysis experience, including Data Modelling

• Diploma

• Degree in Information Technology or Business Management, Mathematical/Statistics

• PowerBI Certifications
• Business Analysis Certification
• Data Modelling
