Small B&B in Maclear in need of a Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee an 8-room B&B and affiliated 70-seater restaurant servicing the guest house and public.
2. Organise and run small functions.
3. Train and guide staff to meet and exceed service levels.
4. Maintain stocks (stock takes, orders, FIFO).

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous hospitality management experience essential.
• MS Office, NightsBridge, and POS systems proficiency.
• Restaurant management experience highly beneficial.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Well presented with sober habits and a solid and stable track record.
• RSA ID and driver's license essential.
