Bearer Network Product Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of transport network products.
• Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• Assumes responsibility for the faults escalated from the front line of bearer products.
• Upgrades the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of bearer products to the third line of technical support.
• Conducts preventive maintenance of bearer products.
• Provides optimization suggestions or solutions in accordance with bearer product network problems.
