The BASF Graduate Development Program is a 24-month program designed to create future talent needs for the business units, the company, and the industry.

The development of our graduates follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).

Working for the number-one chemical company in the world, you will experience the best practical learning environment guided by a structured development plan, on-the-job training as part of a committed customer-focused team, and regular feedback from mentors. You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts from across the continent.

We are looking for graduates with the following qualifications: Management, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate / Property Management, Law, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Communications.
