Bar Manager

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting position as stand-alone Bar Manager for a luxury hotel property based in Cape Town.

As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for bar daily operations, staff supervision, assisting with promoting the Bar, menu planning, maintaining standards, management of property liquor inventories & controls, as well as enforcing all legal obligations in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. SA national or those with valid work permits.
2. Minimum of 4 years progressive management experience in luxury hotels or hotel & restaurants.
3. Fluent in the English language (verbal & written).
4. Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, Materials, and e-mail.
5. Analytical and conceptual thinking ability and implementation skills.
