Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organise, store and print company documents as needed
  2. Answer and redirect phone calls
  3. Handle queries from managers and employees
  4. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  5. Follow call centre scripts when handling different topics
  6. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  3. Well spoken English
  4. Well presented
  5. Must have reliable transport
