Job Responsibilities:
Organise, store and print company documents as needed
Answer and redirect phone calls
Handle queries from managers and employees
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow call centre scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Candidate Requirements:
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Well spoken English
