Your Responsibilites
Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, retailers, and partners, delivering tailored support and expert product advice to elevate the vetsak customer experience
Proactively grow and manage our B2B sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities with retailers, architects, interior designers, and other strategic partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade clients and partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and sustainable business growth
Coordinate delivery schedules with our factory, ensuring transparency on lead times, stock availability, and timely shipments
Manage incoming inquiries from B2B customers and retail partners, providing fast, solution-oriented support and maintaining high service standards
Conduct in-store product demonstrations and offer training to retail staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and fabric displays
Ensure retail outlets are equipped with up-to-date marketing materials, including fabric books and product displays
Maintain accurate customer and sales data within our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient follow-up
Prepare and process quotes and invoices using Sage/Shopify and follow up proactively on open invoices and outstanding payments
Collaborate closely with internal teams across logistics, production, and marketing to ensure a seamless B2B customer journey

About You
Proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and account development.
Experience in the retail, furniture, or related industries is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales/accounting software (Sage and /Shopify).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
Willingness to travel and work across the South African and Sub-Saharan African regions.
