Our goal is simple: to offer individuals a comfortable and easy way to buy and sell pre-owned vehicles, supported by an exceptional customer experience. With the backing of a major global automotive group, we are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team in South Africa.
Your Role: As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a central role in establishing this new distribution channel at our Strand showroom. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up on incoming leads: presenting vehicles, offering personalized recommendations, follow-ups, and supporting financing applications.
- Delivering a polished and effective sales approach to showcase our diverse range of pre-owned vehicles.
- Handling the complete sales process, from negotiation and contract signing to selling additional products and closing the sale.
- Contributing to the growth of our innovative digital sales channel that complements our physical showrooms.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially G Suite.
- Dynamic, proactive, curious, and open-minded.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in the automotive industry (a strong plus).
- A customer-oriented mindset with solid negotiation skills.
- Confidence in persuading customers, closing deals, and building trust.
- Enthusiasm for challenges, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills on the phone and a passion for the automotive industry, along with a start-up mindset.
