Financial / Management Accountant CA(SA)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in setting up financial processes and controls.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for 30 brokers.
- Analyse broker performance and financial trends.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.
- Assist with variance analysis and management account preparation.
- Draft annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage the General Ledger Accounting package.
- Prepare Tax / VAT returns.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective planning and prioritisation skills.
- Newly qualified CA(SA) with up to 2 years of post-articles experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft GP (advantageous but not required).
