Duties & Responsibilities

ENVIRONMENT: Play a vital role in generating revenue and ensuring prospects have a strong understanding of the value software offers, utilising your expertise to fill the role of an Audit Account specialist (Pre-sales) sought by a leading FinTech company in Joburg.

DUTIES:

1. Prepare and demonstrate the value of the GRC software solution in presentations.
2. Prepare and demonstrate the value of the GRC software solution in technical proposals.
3. Understand clients' challenges and develop solutions to create value.
4. Manage various technical validation activities such as POCs.
5. Present the value of the products to a variety of clients within the client organisation in order to advance the sales cycle.
6. Assist the Sales team in generating revenue.
7. Provide detailed RFIs and RFPs.
8. Interact with prospective clients at a senior level.
9. Understand the business requirements of the prospective customers and recommend the optimal solution to meet their needs.
10. Stay up to date with the full product range and its functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualifications – Matric / Grade 12.
2. Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
3. Experience / Skills – At least 3 years of experience in a Pre-sales Consulting role, preferably software solutions.
4. Excellent presentation abilities to all levels in a business i.e., Tech / C-level.
5. Ideally have experience in the Audit / GRC software space.
6. Excellent written communication skills, such as experience of preparing proposals and responses to tenders.
7. Experience in managing POC activities at customer premises.
8. Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience.
9. This role will require some travel nationally.
10. Driver's License and own transport is essential.
