Responsibilities

• To provide a world class, client centric, Audio Visual and Unified Communication service, ensuring optimal operations of meeting room technologies across the organisation.

Experience

MINIMUM:

• 5+ years ICT experience in the end-user computing environment
• 3+ years implementation of meeting room technologies, collaboration software and management systems servicing the end-user computing environment in the enterprise.

IDEAL:

• 3+ years in desktop infrastructure maintenance using systems such as: Microsoft System Centre Configuration, Intune, Mobile Device Management and cloud-based services

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Information Technology - Computer Science
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Technology - Computer Science

Knowledge

MINIMUM:

A thorough and in-depth understanding of:

• Current Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Microsoft End Point Manager (inTune)
• Azure Active Directory and Identity Management
• Knowledge in scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python
• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre Administration Services (Teams and Teams Meeting Rooms)
• Microsoft Office 365 and O365 SaaS services
• Audio Visual Hardware Technologies (Crestron, Polycom, Jabra, Yealink, Logitech, LG, Samsung, DMSP, Amplifiers, Projectors, Microphones, Speakers, Mixing units, Various Cabling standards)
• Networking essential concepts, advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
• Unified Collaboration platforms and Audi Visual platform integration (Microsoft Teams, Teams Meeting Rooms, Webex, Zoom)
• Room booking systems (Exchange and Exchange online)

IDEAL:

• Relevant leading cloud solution technologies (e.g. AWS, G-Cloud)
• Video, Voice and Collaboration technologies (Microsoft Places)
