Project planning and management of assigned projects to be financially viable.
Ensure all audits are planned within the required period to ensure monthly budgets are met.
Ensure planning of activities is efficient to minimise cost i.e. flights and accommodation.
Ensuring invoicing for the previous month is submitted to finance within the cut-off deadlines set by finance to meet the forecasted budget.
Coordinate the weekly forecast update of all Inspection Services.
Service Delivery:
It is the OAM’s responsibility to ensure that they know the client requirements and to ensure compliance with all requirements of the relevant client standards, regulations, auditor protocol and be familiar with the general requirements thereof.
Every client will have a Master Key Account Plan, that details all requirements of the clients and is available on the SharePoint. It is the responsibility of OAM to update this and when required, to ensure that the plan also contains the latest information of the client’s account.
Respond to client queries or complaints received on the project, both positive and negative and provide feedback to management and the client.
Compiling of monthly scheduling on assigned clients and ensuring that all client KPI’s are met.
Coordinate and document annual and more frequent calibration sessions and quality audits on auditors as per the protocol and client standards.
Ensure tracking of audits for all clients are done daily with the support of the Audit Project Coordinators.
Attend client meetings and ensure the actions required are taken timeously.
Respond to any client mails on the day of the mail received as confirmation if further investigation is required and provide a deadline for the final feedback. Ensure the deadlines are met.
Operational Efficiency:
Any changes to the schedule and planning related to your project is to be communicated to the person responsible for updating the schedule.
Assist with day-to-day operational functions as requested by the Sector Manager.
Ensure auditors on your projects have the required equipment to conduct the audits.
Employee Management:
To assist auditors with technical support to be competent and adequately developed on all projects.
Oversee and coordinate the induction and initial training of all new team members.
Responsible for the on-boarding of all new Food Safety Auditors into the team.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification (Diploma) in Food Safety or Quality Management or equivalent.
10 years inspections and auditing operations experience.
Experience in the Food Industry and in QSR or Retail.
Experience in Quality management and data analytics.
Experience in dealing with large client accounts, with multi facets.
Experience in dealing with international accounts.
Good skills in Microsoft Office Packages, and specifically Word and Excel.
Experience in data analysis.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sound business etiquette.
Excellent people skills.
Skills in using all Microsoft Packages very efficiently.
Skill in analysing and interpretation of data and presenting findings and evaluations both orally and in writing.
Report writing and evaluation of written reports for approval skills.
