The Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services practice offers professional transaction experience to companies, helping them determine the right deal and do it correctly. We have a career opportunity for a Valuation Associate Director. Responsibilities include serving as a member of multiple client engagement teams, coordinating valuation engagements, identifying issues, developing new analyses, and presenting findings to clients.

To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a venture capital, investment banking, or national valuation firm. The successful candidate must be committed to staying at the cutting edge of financial and accounting standards.

The Valuation Associate Director will help clients understand the value of their business, securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, real estate, intangibles, and other assets. Key skills include business development, marketing, negotiating, analytical, project-management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Strong technical skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. The Valuation Associate Director will work closely with the Business modelling team and maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel.
