The Opportunity
We have excellent opportunities within our South African business for senior level delay analysts looking to advance their careers. HKA supports staff development and provides the opportunity to take your career to the next stage.
The Role:
- Conducting retrospective and forensic analysis of projects in dispute.
- Exposure to various construction projects, including high-profile and international ones.
- Ensuring data necessary for decision-making is available, factual and reliable.
- Contributing to work product creation, including data management, analysis, research, investigation and report writing.
- Managing projects and teams, with a passion for mentoring junior staff members.
Requirements:
- Construction or engineering qualifications.
- Strong background in the construction industry with experience gained from live project planning.
- Preparation of delay claims, dispute management and assessing time impact of Compensation Events.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P3 and P6.
- Demonstrable knowledge of delay analysis principles.
- Dispute management experience and involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
- Assistant to Expert / Expert witness experience (not essential).

Salary: R 1,200,000 - R 1,500,000 per annum
