About the Role

The Assistant Vice President - IT Infrastructure will oversee the end-to-end management of key client accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and fostering strong relationships with client IT teams. This business-facing role will involve leading service delivery reviews, driving improvements in operational productivity, and ensuring compliance with information security standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements, optimize service delivery processes, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end owner of client accounts, ensuring high-level IT service delivery.
• Lead service delivery reviews on SLA adherence, monitor ongoing projects, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, implement, and review service improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, working with internal audit teams to meet necessary standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their IT delivery requirements and effectively communicate those to internal teams.
• Maintain a database of major incidents and downtimes to improve future service delivery and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably with a B.E./B.Tech, and industry-recognized certifications such as ITIL/ITSM or PMP
• Minimum of 8-12 years managing IT service delivery for large client relationships (800+ seats)
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment
