About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Training Manager to join their team in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role involves designing and executing training programs, leading a team of trainers, and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, operations teams, and stakeholders to drive training excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers.
  • Design and implement outcome-based training programs.
  • Conduct trainer observations, feedback sessions, and development workshops.
  • Align training initiatives with business and client requirements.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high training standards.
  • Oversee training administration, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support the Training Manager in strategic planning and execution of training interventions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development within a BPO or contact centre environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in managing trainers.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement training materials and programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ability to work night shifts as required.
