Assistant To The Managing Director - Pure Good Food

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and enthusiastic Assistant to the CEO who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, social media, and organization, with a touch of culinary creativity.

You will be the CEO's right hand, keeping things running smoothly, delivering on administration tasks, sharing on social media, and occasionally assisting with recipe and menu development.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Remuneration: R12 - R18 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organization & Administration:
   • Keeping the CEO organized and on track with priorities via implemented systems
   • Handling administrative tasks from the CEO and Operations manager
   • Managing personal errands (occasional school pickups, shopping, etc. but primarily business-focused)
2. Social Media & Content Creation:
   • Managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts
   • Creating and posting engaging content
   • Canva skills are a bonus for creating graphics
3. Culinary Support (Minimal Cooking Required):
   • Assisting with recipe and menu development
   • Occasionally supporting event catering (if needed)
   • Understanding of excel and recipe breakdown is important
   • Food safety training or a culinary background is a bonus but not required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in health, wellness, and clean living
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and friendly when dealing with customers and stakeholders
• Social media savvy, familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
• Driver's license and own car (for errands when needed)
