Assistant Spa Manager

In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures and under the supervision of the SPA manager, the Assistant SPA Manager is responsible for helping ensure the smooth running of the SPA and Gym by supporting the SPA Manager with all aspects of the SPA operation and providing assistance to the On-board SPA Team to maximise SPA revenue and achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1. The Assistant SPA Manager supports team leadership and coordination.
2. Represents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction.
3. Provides and maintains quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship.
4. Ensures the well-being of the SPA guests with professional competence.
5. Provides guests with professional advice and sales of treatments and products.
6. Controls daily closing and administrative work.
7. Possesses well-developed organization and computer skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum Requirements:
2. Spa Therapist / Hairdresser / Nail Technician / Fitness background.
3. Cruise Ship Management Experience.
