Assistant Site Manager - Isando (JHB East Rand)

We are growing our Cleaning Services and require skilled and competent Site Managers to join the Ecowize Group.

1. Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
2. Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.
3. Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.
4. Manage site budgets and man-hours as per shift schedule.
5. Responsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.
6. Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills.
7. Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.
8. Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.
9. Close out any raised non-conformance of micros out of specification and follow up on NCR’s.
10. Liaise daily with customers.
11. Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.
12. Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.

Job Requirements:

1. Grade 12.
2. Management /or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous).
3. Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential.
4. Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.
5. Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous.
6. Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.
7. Good command of the English Language.
8. High-Quality administrative skills required.
9. Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.
