Seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to assist in leading a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of the store’s operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and maintaining operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
3 or more years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
Strong leadership and matrix management skills
Technologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutions
Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Experience in compiling performance reports
Solid understanding of retail operations
Eager and flexible to work across various store locations throughout Pretoria
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and developmental targets
Ensure outstanding customer experiences and address feedback effectively
Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standards
Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate across teams to align with business objectives
Maintain compliance with policies while driving innovation and efficiency
