Assistant Restaurant Manager to Managing Director
Job description
Vacancy for 2 assistant managers reporting to the managing director in a fast-paced upscale restaurant and retail outlet in Swellendam.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the establishment
- Supervision of front-of-house staff
- Ensuring high standards of customer service
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years sit-down restaurant and retail management experience
- A relevant diploma or degree in hospitality will be an advantage
- Computer literacy including general POS systems
- Good leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans; other languages will be an advantage
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
