Assistant Restaurant Manager to Managing Director

Vacancy for 2 assistant managers reporting to the managing director in a fast-paced upscale restaurant and retail outlet in Swellendam.

Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day running of the establishment
2. Supervision of front-of-house staff
3. Ensuring high standards of customer service

Education and Experience:

• 4+ years sit-down restaurant and retail management experience
• A relevant diploma or degree in hospitality will be an advantage
• Computer literacy including general POS systems
• Good leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; other languages will be an advantage

Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
