Assistant Quality Control Manager Ref: 3587

A leader in the Agri/FMCG sector in the Western Cape is seeking an Assistant Quality Control Manager to help maintain existing quality standards. This position is open to a technically skilled individual with a relevant tertiary qualification in Food Science / Food Technology or Horticulture and a minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Agri/FMCG environment. Own transport and drivers’ licence essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Conducting and overseeing regular inspections.
2. Overseeing market sampling.
3. Managing the quality control.
4. Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager as needed.
