PEAR Recruitment – Assistant Property Manager Wapping

Salary – £25,000 - £27,000

Hours – Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 9.30am-5pm, Every other Saturday 10am – 2pm

Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Wapping. The successful candidate would play a key role in dealing with a portfolio of around 60 properties.

They are looking for a passionate and determined candidate with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results.

Skills required:

• Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including:
• Minor repairs
• Major refurbishments
• Insurance claims
• Property visits
• Inspections
• Arranging mandatory safety checks
• Booking pre-tenancy works
• Drawing up tenancy agreements
• Negotiating tenancy renewals

• Well organized
• Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties
• Strong communication skills
• Well presented
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Experience of supporting a fast-paced team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of lettings legislation
