ASSISTANT PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

Minimum Requirements

  1. Matriculation exemption or equivalent
  2. Human Resources Diploma ESSENTIAL
  3. 4-5 years’ experience in the role in the HOSPITALITY industry ESSENTIAL
  4. Excellent communicator, both oral and written
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Experience on VIP an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide P&C policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
  2. Provide support to P&C Manager with regards to implementation of all strategic P&C projects
  3. Assist with P&C related queries
  4. Maintain and monitor time and attendance system
  5. Ensure compliance with labour relations act pertaining to Hospitality
  6. Assist with distribution of all internal P&C communication and administration
  7. Recruits, interviews and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants and verifications
  8. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute People & Culture programs including but not limited to benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance management, recognition and learning & development
  9. Ad hoc duties
